In October 2020 we celebrated the opening of our new and improved Coffee Roastery with the Mayor of Hastings, Sandra Hazelhurst in attendance.

Our staff had been working in a back unit for a long time so this really was a big celebration of a new lighter, brighter space, opening up to the public and moving to the city centre to be more accessible to our clients.

It was a fun night with friends, family, coffee clients and cafe customers. All who have supported us through the ups and downs of small business. Staff and owners from Bay Espresso Taradale and Bay Espresso Havelock North came along too. The Major Sandra Hazelhurst commenced the celebration by cutting the ribbon and welcoming us back to the CBD.

Paella A Go Go made us a delicious feast and we prepared and served Bay Espresso Martinis and Roosters beers to mark the occasion.
