WHERE WE STARTED

Fate drew us to a tiny ad in The Dominion. Within four weeks we had bought a cafe, sold our home and moved our family to Hawke's Bay in the quest for better weather (sorry Wellington - we love you really) and the perfect cup of coffee!

21 years of Organic Coffee in Hawke's Bay.

We learnt to cook eggs, we learnt to make an excellent cup of coffee and then we learnt to roast our own beans. We made the important decision to only source certified organic and ethically sourced green beans. This coffee is grown within the natural habitats and coffee farmers are guaranteed a fair price for their hard work. This is the coffee supply we believe in.

OUR ROASTERY

After 15 years in a back unit down Omahu Road, in industrial Hastings, we have moved our roastery into the Hastings CBD and are now situated at 304c Ellison Road, Hastings. (We are directly behind the Chemist Warehouse).

After all these years we have officially opened our Roastery to the public. You can come in and buy beans, have them weighed and ground for you, taste the freshest roasted coffee at our new Espresso Bar and hear and smell the roasting process.

Wednesday 8am-1pm
Thursday 8am-3pm
Friday 8am-1pm

Opening Soon on Saturdays 8am-12pm.
