WHY SINGLE ORIGIN?
Single Origin means this coffee is not a blend. It is one coffee from a specific growing region. Altitude, climate and soil types all affect the flavour produced from coffee beans. So coffees from different countries have distinct taste differences.

Honduras

This coffee is full bodied, with a fruity (blueberry and apricot) aroma. Rich, stonefruit and cocoa flavours and a lingering finish. The rounded lactic acidity means a mild acidity with a soft, creamy mouth feel.This coffee is naturally processed. It is left out in the sun to dry with the coffee cherry intact. This is the regions traditional processing style. The coffee develops intense fruity flavours and sweetness from the dried fruit.
