This coffee is hand picked and naturally processed: it's left out in the sun to dry with the coffee cherry intact. This is the region's traditional processing style, and the coffee develops intense fruity flavours and sweetness from the dried fruit.

Why single origin? Single origin means this coffee isn't a blend. It's one coffee from a specific growing region. Altitude, climate and soil all affect the flavour of coffee beans, so coffees from different countries have distinct taste differences.
