Ethiopian coffee production is being dramatically affected by climate change. Some regions in Ethiopia are moving away from coffee as a crop completely.

We have sourced a limited quantity of this increasingly rare, naturally processed and certified organic Ethiopian coffee. This fairly traded coffee is from the Chelbesa Co-op with 682 contributing, small scale farmers. They grow in the Yirgacheffe region. Ethiopian coffee has always been one of our favourite single origins for its natural sweetness and fruity notes.
