Tasting notes;
This coffee is sweet and a little spicy like cinnamon. Ripe berry flavours and blueberry aroma. This coffee has a silky, wine like body and a long lingering after taste.

This is a large Coffee Farming Co-operative that produces high quality, forest grown coffee. This Co-op includes the well know Ethiopian varieties like Guji, Yirgacheffe, Sidamo and Harar.

This is a large and very successful Fairtrade Co-op, that we are very proud to source from. It has funded over 365 community projects including schools, health facitilites and infrastructure improvements. This member-owned organisation has helped farmers escape poverty by ensuring a fairer share of profits.
